Payment for initial sessions is required at the time of booking. Payment for follow up sessions is due 1 week before. 50% of the session fee is payable if the appointment is cancelled within 5 working days, 75% of 3 working days, and 100% if cancelled within 1 working day. Payment can be made via bank transfer in UK and Paypal Internationally. For UK payments via Paypal a charge of 3.4% is made.

Additional telephone/skype advice sessions may be booked between scheduled sessions if required, and will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
Most remedies are included in the general session fee. Please enquire in relation to the specific session exclusions. Remedies are not included for HDT Follow up sessions.
Information on nutritional supplements you may wish to purchase will generally be provided, these are not included in the session fee and are optional. 
A charge is made for any additional remedies that need to be sent between appointments.
